After two straight years of conducting our annual get together via virtual mode due mainly to IATF protocols which did not allow large events, we will FINALLY hold the PHA 73RD ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND EXHIBITS on 100% face-to-face on NOVEMBER 16 TO 19 (WED/THU/FRI/SAT) at The Manila Hotel Fiesta Pavilion.
Attached is the letter invitation for your information and guidance.
Please note that we shall be implementing the following changes in REGISTRATION and PAYMENT PROCEDURES and SEATING CAPACITY at the Fiesta Pavilion--
1) We will require attendees to PAY FIRST BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE. Once the Payment Confirmation slip is available, you may register online via this link -- http://120.28.161.234/registration/anc/
2) As a safety protocol, we are DISCOURAGING ONSITE PAYMENT, In cases where such payment cannot be avoided, we will ONLY ACCEPT check and GCash (transfer to Metrobank) payments.
3) The Fiesta Pavilion will have a MAXIMUM SEATING CAPACITY of 800 pax only. The Guest List shall be based on the FIRST 800 THAT WILL REGISTER ONLINE.Guests over this limit shall be seated at the Maynila Ballroom where the proceedings will be watched via live feed.
