We are pleased to inform you that the PHA 75th Annual National Convention and Exhibits (ANCeX) is set on November 20 / 21 / 22 / 23 (Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat) at the FIESTA PAVILION of The Manila Hotel.
A. Registration Fee at Early Bird Rate: P8,000.00/attendee
Early Bird registration is via online registration until September 30, 2023. After this date, ALL registrations will be ONSITE at the event at P9,000.00/ATTENDEE.
Take advantage of the early bird rate and register online on or before September 30.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
>> NO CANCELLATION/NO REFUND of registration for Early Bird Registrants once payment has been made. A replacement may be recommended in case the original attendee that was registered will not be able to be physically present at the event. This should be advised at least two weeks before the event for ID printing purposes.

2) You may register online via this link -- http://app.
>> You will be asked to upload the proof of Registration Fee payment. If there is more than one attendee from your facility, single payment for all the attendees is acceptable.
>> The system does not accept 2 separate screenshots of proof of payment. If this cannot be avoided, please combine 2 or more photos of proofs of payment in one page.
>> Please ensure that the screenshot of the proof of payment is in jpeg or in png format.
3) Once the proof of payment is uploaded, the REGISTRATION FORM will pop up and you may now start accomplishing the registration form.
4) After the registration form is completed and submitted, you will receive a notification email in the email address that was registered to inform you that your registration is for validation, once cleared or validated, you will receive another email saying that your registration was successful. Registered attendee is now in the PHA ANCeX guest list.
>> You will also receive a VERIFIED REGISTRATION form that you are now registered with. PLEASE BRING THIS WITH YOU for presentation at the PRE-REGISTERED BOOTH.

2) Entrance to the Half-Day Seminar/Workshop on Nov 25, Saturday
3) Meals during the Conference Prologue (heavy merienda), Plenary sessions (lunch and snacks), and the Half-Day seminar (heavy merienda)
4) Entrance at the Fellowship Night on Nov. 22 -- for the first 200 that will confirm their attendance to this event
5) Raffle entry for a chance to win a brand-new car (brand to be announced once final)
6) Chance to win at raffles held during the 4-day event
7) Full video of the 4-day event
8) Convention kit -- which includes the bag, souvenir journal, and other items.
