In celebration of the Philippine Hospital Association's (PHA) 75th Founding Anniversary, we are launching the search for --

• · MR & MS. PHA 2024 and
• · Healthcare Singing Ambassador (Solo Singing Competition)

The following documents will be required as well and may be uploaded upon registering online:1) Birth Certificate2) Certificate of Employment3) Certificate of Good Moral Character4) Short biography (for those joining the Solo Singing Competition)5) Latest full body shot in hospital uniform, size 4R (for those joining the Mr & Ms PHA)
