We are pleased to share the official announcement from Dr. Gerardo M. Aquino, Jr., Chairperson of the PHA 76th ANCeX Committee, regarding the opening of registration for this year’s 76th Annual National Convention and Exhibits (ANCeX).
This premier 4-day event brings together hospital leaders, healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment providers, and digital health solution partners from across the country.

💳 REGISTRATION FEES
- Early Bird Rate: PHP 8,000.00 per attendee
Valid from April 1 to September 30, 2025 - Regular Rate: PHP 9,000.00 per attendee
Applies from October 1 to November 22, 2025
🪑 SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Free seating will be implemented during the 3-day plenary sessions:
- ✔ First-come, first-served basis
- ✔ Once the Fiesta Pavilion reaches full capacity, guests will be directed to the Maynila Ballroom (live video streaming)
🔔 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- ❌ No cancellations / no refunds after payment
- ✅ Replacement of a registered attendee is allowed until October 31, 2025 (for ID printing)
- 💸 In case of double payment, the excess may be applied to 2026 Membership Renewal or used for a future renewal. Notify us via email at admin@philippinehospitalassociation.org by December 31, 2025
- ➕ Alternatively, excess payment may be used to register another attendee
