The Philippine Hospital Association (PHA) has reached another important milestone in its journey toward continuous improvement and organizational excellence. On November 21, 2025, during the 76th Annual National Convention and Exhibits at The Manila Hotel, PHA was formally awarded the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation by CPG Global.
This recognition is more than a certificate—it is a reflection of the Association’s commitment to quality and service, and a clear affirmation that PHA is aligned with internationally recognized standards.
The Secretariat at the Heart of the Process
Over the past months, the PHA Secretariat worked diligently behind the scenes to strengthen internal systems, refine processes, and document workflows.
