It is with sadness that we inform everyone of the recent passing of one of our HTA Council members, Dr. Noel R. Juban, who is the former Chair of the HTAC Subcommittee on Drugs.

We thank him for his contributions in institutionalizing HTA at PhilHealth and DOH, and his many years of service to the Philippine health sector in the area of medical education and health research as an esteemed professor at the UP College of Medicine.  

We call on everyone to offer a prayer for his soul that he may rest in eternal grace and peace with our Creator. Let us also offer a prayer for his family and loved ones during this time of grief.
