Sharing the copy of DOH Circular ref. 2023-0356 issued last August 7, 2023 particularly stating that “attendance to the PHA 74TH Annual National Convention and Exhibits on November 22 to 25, 2023 shall be on Official Business to all concerned DOH personnel based on the Office Learning and Development Plan and/or Technical expertise and office mandate”.
